Name: Gaia
Pronunciation: Guy-uh
Birthday: Unknown
Age: 16 months
Gender: Female
Pack: None
Rank: N/A
Personality: Gaia is often quite, suspicious, untrusting—the kind of canine that is usually mistaken for paranoid and vicious. However, Gaia is actually quite caring and respectful, she’s just extremely shy. Also, though Gaia generally hangs in the back of commotion, when need be, she can step up, replacing her meek, timid self into that of a ferocious warrior. She generally doesn’t like to fight, and is quite submissive, but will attack if she feels threatened.
History: Gaia existed in a pack a long time ago, not any of the newer ones she sees, but a different one, a pack that chips away at her memory and fades into the distant shadows of her mind. She remembers her mother though, strong and beautiful, white fur stretching the length of her body. And her father—oh, her dear father—the only picture she could recall was him running towards her, black fur glistening. His body was breaking into a gallant stride as he leapt across her mother, just before the bullet pierced his skull. She remembered her mother carrying her frantically away, placing her in bushes before charging back to receive the same fate as her trusted mate. And the echoing boom confirmed it.
Since that day, Gaia traveled alone, clueless of what happened to her other pack members. Perhaps they found new family, friends, comrades. Or perhaps they suffered unfortunate yet sickeningly similar fates to that of her parents. She had no knowledge of this. However, Gaia moves on, looking for a small group to start a pack with her, so she can, in a way, avenge her former pack, though she doubted such a thing would ever happen.
Appearance: Gaia inherited her silky white coat from her mother, as well as her cerulean eyes. However, unlike her mother, her coat was a shade darker, an off-white of sorts. She also contained a strange diamond-like marking on her forehead, one which was black as night, several brown strands scattered in the darkness, mimicking her father’s soft coat. Gaia’s fur was textured in a smooth, almost plush-like matter. Her coat colors drew into a shade of light grey at the tips (Ear, tail, snout, and paw tips). Her irises were shrouded by an transparent veil of gold, which intensified around the pupils, barely visible against the shining cerulean. Her claws were a sharp, fierce black, contrasting to her disturbingly white teeth. Gaia held a pale pink nose, with black sprinkles that formed along the back of her nose and traveled a few inches up her snout, though they weren’t too noticeable through her thick fur.
Family: All Gaia remembers about her family is her parents and their murder. She knows that she was formerly in a pack, but she cannot remember even a scarce amount of information to fill the black void in both her mind and heart. She yearns for the time in which she can find out more about her family, and craves even more so to restart their pack in her deceased comrades’ honor.
